Soundwave is a G1 transformer that is like Megatron except he is not a dinobot in the Transformers Universe. You can read up about it on the Transformers Universe Wiki or the forums.
Don't be worried that Stellardawn has been renamed to Transformers Universe because both games will feature in Jagex's new contraption which is TFU. Transformers Universe upgrades will change your transformer bot into a more powerful PvE fighting machine. You can equip and wield weapons and armour to enhance the fighting capabilities of your autobot.

StellarDawn mentioned in Jagex's share sale
Jagex's founder, Andrew Gower, recently sold his majority shares in Jagex Ltd. and now 55% of the company is owned by a venture fund in New York. That means, Jagex is now an American owned company rather than a British owned company.
Jagex's failures have piled up and Andrew Gower can see that there's no way things will improve any time soon. He walks away with over $120 million in cash.
In the sale, StellarDawn was cited as one of the games that Jagex is working on including Transformers Universe.

When is StellarDawn coming?
As of now, no new news of StellarDawn yet. It is the end of September 2011 and StellarDawn was supposed to come out ages ago. For now, what we do know is that Jagex is working on Transformers Universe and they might have renamed StellarDawn so they can sell it was Transformers Universe.

Could StellarDawn have been renamed to Transformers Universe?
Jagex is staying quiet about StellarDawn for now but they've mentioned that they're working on Transformers Universe right now which is set for release in 2012. Could they have just renamed StellarDawn to Transformers Universe? Jagex can do anything for money so this may be true. Or maybe not!

Stellardawn Will Be On Panasonic Jungle Portable
Panasonic has begun inviting registered users in the United States to try out its upcoming Jungle portable game system, according to reports.
Users that signed up for updates on the official Jungle site were contacted with an e-mail offer to sign up and test the still-mysterious handheld device, Bloomberg reports.
“We know other companies out there have traditional hand-held gaming covered,” Panasonic said in the e-mail. “We’re doing something very different.”
First unveiled last month, the Jungle sports a full QWERTY keyboard, a touchpad, dual d-pad controls, shoulder buttons and a high-resolution display in a clamshell design, according to a video announcement.
More detailed specifications for the device are not known, but Panasonic says the unit will be focused on online gaming, with support for Bigpoint's upcoming Battlestar Galactica MMO and Runescape being promoted on the system's official web site.
In the U.S., the Jungle is being pushed by Panasonic Cloud Entertainment Company, an offshoot of the Japanese electronics giant that released the ill-fated 3DO home console in 1993.
In a recent opinion piece, Gamasutra's Chris Morris predicted the Jungle would compare unfavorably to existing laptops and netbooks for gamers looking to play online games on the go.
