StellarDawn Interview

StellarDawn Blog: Hey, thanks for joining us.
MMG: My pleasure.
StellarDawn Blog: We hear you've scrapped Mechscape aka StellarDawn.
MMG: That is not exactly true. We haven't scrapped anything.
StellarDawn Blog: Then?
MMG: We have scrapped Mechscape because there were creative differences and technical misinformations.
StellarDawn Blog: Wait a minute. Isn't Mechscape the same as StellarDawn?
MMG: Not really. Mechscape is the name of what we were working on before, and StellarDawn is the name of what we'll do now. StellarDawn is like a newer version of Mechscape.
StellarDawn Blog: You're confusing me. So what you're saying is that you scrapped Mechscape because it didn't live up to your standards and now you're calling the new version StellarDawn?
MMG: Yes.
StellarDawn Blog: What made you scrap Mechscape at this point?
MMG: We didn't like it. It didn't live up to our expectations.
StellarDawn Blog: Where were you during the past 2 or 3 years? Didn't you see Mechscape going off track? Why did you notice that Mechscape wasn't living up to your standards so late?
MMG: Next question please.
StellarDawn Blog: Okay... Some people are wondering if this whole story is even true. Some people think that Jagex's decision to rename Mechscape to Stellardawn and tell everybody that the game will be scrapped and redone is just a marketing scheme.
MMG: What do you mean "marketing scheme"?
StellarDawn Blog: Well, people obviously saw the leaked video of Mechscape, and it looked a lot like RuneScape. You've been saying that Mechscape will be totally unique from Runescape.
MMG: We didn't exactly say that...
StellarDawn Blog: So it sounds like a PR scheme to make people think that the crappy game we saw in the leaked video is Mechscape and that you'll give us something new called StellarDawn.
MMG: See, Jagex is fond of surprises. We want to give our users a great big surprise when StellarDawn is launched. We don't want their surprise to be tarnished by any ... preconceptions.
StellarDawn Blog: So it's true. You just want people to be excited about the game and not remember any leaked videos of "Runescape in space".
MMG: Yes.
StellarDawn Blog: ... Thank you, MMG.
MMG: Your very welcome.

StellarDawn cancelled but coming soon

StellarDawn has been cancelled but will be coming soon because Jagex will be going back to the drawing board to re-create it from scratch using parts of the the original StellarDawn (code-named Mechscape)

Zybez StellarDawn Help

Zybez has started work on Zybez StellarDawn Help. As you know, StellarDawn is a 3D mmo from Jagex, the creators of RuneScape and MechScape.

StellarDawn codename Mechscape

Unless Jagex are trying to screw with us, we're pretty confident now that the rumors are true: Mechscape will be called StellarDawn.

Here's some CSS code from the Jagex website:
#runescape {
background: silver url("https://www.jagex.com/img/crossservice/new_billing/paymentOptions/product_runescape.jpg");
}
#funorb {
background: silver url("https://www.jagex.com/img/crossservice/new_billing/paymentOptions/product_funorb.jpg");
}
#mechscape {
background: silver url("https://www.jagex.com/img/crossservice/new_billing/paymentOptions/product_stellardawn.jpg");
}

StellarDawn is the new name of MechScape

There are heavy rumors that StellarDawn is the new name of MechScape. What that means is that no other alternative rumor is heavier.

The problem with Mechscape's new name being StellarDawn is that Andrew Gower recently said that he is unable to release the new name of MechScape. What that means is that the new name is a guarded secret even now. Then again, maybe Andrew Gower is assuming that we don't know about stellardawn.

No sign of StellarDawn, but GameRection is here

GameRection, the new casual gaming site from Blizzard Entertainment, went online today. This news was reported by an imaginary person writing a blog about a game yet unreleased by Jagex.

In other news, FunOrb membership slides to half of what it used to be in 2008. Runescape is slowly in decline after 8 years of success. The gaming market is in doom after the economic downturn of the Bush era.

Rockets in StellarDawn

Do you see rockets? How about satellites? Where is it all happening? Let me answer these questions with: Yes, there are rockets. One is escaping earth's gravity. Maybe this is what Stellar Dawn is all about. Then there's a satellite in orbit around Earth. It's at night time.

StellarDawn

StellarDawn is a game about space and scifi. That's all I know. I also made a great piece of artwork about StellarDawn. You can see it attached here to the right.

You will notice a planet or an asteroid in space. It is to do with astronomy but also it is written above it: Stellar Dawn.

StellarDawn could be Mechscape? No!

I was baking a cake today when I realised that FunOrb has colours of all various types and that it does not have a stellar dawn or dusk colour.

Cats and dogs, we like to eat orbs and corn corbs. Funcorbs. Hahahaha. Yaay!

I pity the fool that is reading this because StellarDawn is not out yet and will be a FunOrb game rather than the new name of Mechscape. That unless you are wrong and so am I.

Stellar Dawn is balls on the wall

There are two. Balls that is. And they are on the wall. This is why I chose to play StellarDawn. This spcae-based sci-fi mmo is a mystery wrapped in a surprise, and dipped in game chocolate fondue. It is not chocolate. It is lava and the StellerDawn lava harvester is out there to take some of it for mining and smithing or whatever the real reason behind it is. Lava harvesters are usually found in Mechscape, but I'm not the one to know.

Runescape Informations

Runescape Informations can be found on our brother blog. It is run by a Russian lady by the name of Andria Anatovich. She plays Runescape and is good at Mechscape too. By the looks of it, it is already 10pm now and I better sleep.

StellerDawn

Jagex has registered this domain name called StellarDawn .com. What could this mean? Could Stellar Dawn be the name of a game on FunOrb or perhaps it is Mechscape's alternate name?
